For almost twenty years Saint Wilfrid's has extended its ministry through a Music Festival. This usually lasts for four or five days in June or July and culminates in a Festival Eucharist. Performers from the highest levels of the classical music and jazz worlds come to Ribchester to perform; previous highlights have included the King Singers, Evelyn Glenny, George Melly and Humphrey Lyttleton. As well as performances in Saint Wilfrid's and Saint Saviour's a Festival 'fringe' sees performances taking place in the local pubs.
